Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Processing times may vary during holidays, sales, or due to stock availability.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
We offer a variety of shipping options at checkout. Delivery times depend on the selected method and carrier. Estimated delivery dates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
Domestic Shipping: Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days.
International Shipping: Transit times vary by country and may be subject to customs inspections and import duties.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to the nature of our products, some items may not be shipped to certain jurisdictions. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local regulations before ordering.
Risk of Loss
All products are shipped FOB (Free on Board). Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by the shipping carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges once products have shipped.
Exceptions may be made in the following cases:
Items received are incorrect or damaged upon arrival
You notify us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos, order number, etc.)
If approved, we may provide a replacement or refund at our discretion. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds
Refunds (when applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
